Plot Summary:Happy Gilmore is a failed hockey player with no direction in life. His grandmother is evicted from her house for her failure to pay back taxes, and his girlfriend has left him. He makes it on to the pro golf tour with the hope of making some money to save his grandmothers house, but is challenged by the favorites on the tour (Shooter McGavin).
